The Property Council of Australia is the leading advocate for Australia’s $600 billion property industry. The Property Council champions the interests of more than 2200 member companies that represent the full spectrum of the industry, including those who invest, own, manage and develop in all sectors of property, creating landmark projects and environments where people live, work, shop and play.
We were commissioned to develop the look and feel for the Property Council of Australia 2015-17 Strategy, an initiative that was going to be sent out to both members and staff so the challenge was to design to suit both target audiences.
The project involved creating the brand and direction for the strategy collateral and included the design and printing of 2 kinds of brochures, A1 posters and custom made frames, stationary suite, mouse mats, staff gifts plus distribution to all the state offices.
